Chiropractic

The basic premise of chiropractic is to identify and correct vertebral subluxations, also referred to as nerve interference, in a safe and effective manner.  Your brain and nervous system coordinate an inborn intelligence that runs millions of vital bodily functions every day.

Our bodies are able to operate with such perfection that most of us are completely oblivious to it. Instructions are sent via your central nervous system to direct all bodily functions including your respirations, heart beat, digestion, growth, energy levels, quality of sleep, immune responses, and even your thoughts!  We live like this until our bodies become overwhelmed and can no longer adapt to the constant physical, chemical and emotional stressors we face on a daily basis. These stressors can cause subluxations that affect the regulating mechanisms.

Only chiropractors are trained to assess, find and remove subluxations with a chiropractic adjustment.  During an adjustment, the subluxated vertebrae are unlocked and released from their misaligned positions.  The chiropractor is simply the facilitator, removing blockages with an adjustment and allowing the body’s innate capability to heal itself.

Chiropractic is a science, art, and philosophy that promotes natural function and healing potential by looking for the cause of an issue instead of treating a symptom.  Chiropractic is grounded in solid, proven scientific principles with chiropractic research being conducted by healthcare experts around the world.

  • Erchonia Precussor - The Erchonia Percusssor is one of Dr Rebekah’s favorite tools and patients agree! This is the first tool you will feel at the start of your care.  It is a hand-held percussive instrument that allows the doctor to work with the fascia of the body at a very deep, penetrating level with long-lasting effects

"While other professions are concerned with changing the environment to suit the weakened body, chiropractic is concerned with strengthening the body to suit the environment."
