Kayla attended Alaska Career College and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2014. Over the years she has come to learn that every person has a uniqueness to their physical structure. Whether it's working on an acute injury, chronic pain, or providing a therapeutic massage, she is able to assess and intuitively customize caring and incredibly effective treatments during each session.
Kayla specializes in myofascial therapy, active release, Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage, hot stone, cupping, reflexology and aromatherapy.
Kayla believes that our bodies are capable of so much more than we realize. With knowledge in so many different modalities and a confident touch, she can assist you in your healing journey.
